Under the motto 'Safety is the foundation,' each and every one of our employees ensures compliance, maintains highly transparent corporate management, further refines our safety management system, and continues to contribute to tourism in Hakodate by providing safe and reliable services.

Monthly safety reconfirmation day at every workplace
Refine skills in rescue drills and evacuation drills
Emergency radio broadcasting on FM iruka
Improve operations by reflecting comments from customers
Operate facilities so that international tourists can feel safe

To protect the beautiful natural environment of Mt. Hakodate, all employees have respect for nature and work together to conduct our business in an environmentally friendly manner and to conserve our limited resources.

Reduce food loss at the panoramic restaurants and other places
Conserve energy whenever we can by using recycled papers and promoting paperless operations
Eliminate the use of plastic straws and start using biomass-based shopping bags
Quickly realize ropeway operation using renewable energies
Provide environmental awareness improvement activities for employees (such as study sessions)
Maintain the operation of the ropeway, which emits less CO2 compared to other modes of transportation.
Convert company-owned cars to EVs
Maintain the pillarless and environmentally friendly ropeway and the clean observatory that runs entirely on electricity

Hakodate and the radio station to actively participate in local events and disseminate attractive information to meet the diverse needs of citizens and tourists, thereby giving back to Hakodate.
